After about 7 hours of looking deep into a William Bouguereau painting, you begin to see subtle colors and and temperature shifts that were once imperceptible.
Seven hours... that's inspiring. I stumbled into a couple of very high resolution digitals of his, and will definitely take the time to do that. To me, even Rembrandt didn't have command of skin like Bouguereau.
Very nice work. She's got that (as yet to me) indefinable glow of life to her.
